Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. Under §§ 7–9 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement.

Liability for links

Our service contains links to external third-party websites (e.g. the marketplace on huba.info, Google services, AI providers). We have no influence over their content. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for linked pages.

Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a violation. We will remove such links promptly upon becoming aware of infringements.
