Overview
Forms are the inquiry forms guests submit from your site — for example reservation request, allergy, pre-order, or contact. You set the notify email and which fields are required. Forms collect requests; they are not confirmed bookings (see Manage reservations) and not food orders.
Get started
- Switch to Edit.
- In Layers, open Operate → Forms.
- Pick a form (for example Reservation request or Contact).
- Under Routing, set Email Notify at: (comma-separated if several). Leave empty to store inquiries in Inbox only.
- Under Collected fields, edit guest-facing labels and turn Required on or off where allowed.
- Save, then Publish when the live site should use the new settings.
